What we collect
Details you type into our contact form: your name, business name, website or Instagram account, the service or package you are interested in, and your message.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or on social media.
Analytics data (pages visited, device and approximate location), collected by Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.
The Instagram account name you type into the Instagram check-up. It is sent to Instagram’s official API (Meta) to read that account’s public numbers, and we do not store it.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal for you.
To provide the services you agree to with us.
To understand how the website is used and improve it, only with your consent.
We do not sell your data, and we only send you marketing messages if you agree to receive them.
Who receives it
Netlify, our website host, which keeps a copy of contact form entries.
WhatsApp (Meta), when you send us your message through WhatsApp.
Google (Workspace email, and Analytics if you accept analytics cookies).
YouTube (Google), only when you press play on a video on our lesson page.
Meta (the Instagram API), only the account name you type into the Instagram check-up.
These providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
The website works without cookies. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you press Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page.
Your rights
You can ask to know what data we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Write to info@growthksa.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
